The Student Council plays a vital role in nurturing leadership, teamwork, and accountability. It provides students with opportunities to plan and lead school activities, contribute to service initiatives, and strengthen school spirit. As the voice of the student body, the council bridges communication between students and the school community. Ahead of the elections, nominated candidates presented their ideas and vision through campaigning, giving peers a clear understanding of their goals and leadership qualities. This process encouraged confidence, communication skills, and a strong sense of fair and participative leadership.
Sri Ramakrishna Central School (CBSE) hosted its Science Exhibition on 23rd July 2022 at the school auditorium. The event was inaugurated by Dr. S. Poonguzhali, Professor and Head, Department of Physics, Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science. Guests of honour, Mrs. K.P. Greeshma, Assistant Professor of Chemistry, and Dr. M. Helan Soundra Rani, Assistant Professor of Biotechnology, evaluated the projects.
Students from Grades I to XII showcased a wide range of innovative models including a dancing robot, acid rain demonstration, blood group identification, hydraulic tracks, cell model, moisture test, and more. The exhibition served as a platform for students to display their scientific knowledge, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The event was a truly great experience, inspiring young minds to explore science with confidence and curiosity.
