Art Expo 2023

Sri Ramakrishna Central School (CBSE) inaugurated its first Composite Skill Lab, CurioX, on 27 June 2026, marking a significant step towards future-ready education. The lab was inaugurated by the school's respected Managing Trustee, Dr. Sundar Ramakrishnan, Joint Managing Trustee Mr. Narendran S, Chief Guest Dr. Chrisphin Karthick M, Scientist – ‘C’ Deputy Head – Outreach Section, Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bengaluru and Mr. Kannabiran G, Educator and Science Communicator, VVM – South Zone Co Ordinator The event featured a technology-enabled welcome, where student-programmed robots greeted and guided the dignitaries through voice-assisted interactions. A student-designed robot Rocky, inspired by the novel Project Hail Mary, led the guests through the various learning stations, showcasing students' skills in coding, robotics, and automation. CurioX is equipped with advanced STEM resources, including 3D printers, mBot robotics kits, CRETiL3 kits, Arduino open-source platforms, and other innovative learning tools. Students demonstrated creative projects that reflected their technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative learning. Designed to foster critical thinking, creativity, computational skills, and innovation, CurioX transforms classrooms into hands-on learning spaces where students create, explore, and solve real-world problems. The inauguration marked the beginning of a new era of experiential STEM education, empowering learners to become confident innovators and future-ready leaders.

Science Expo 2022

Sri Ramakrishna Central School (CBSE) hosted its Science Exhibition on 23rd July 2022 at the school auditorium. The event was inaugurated by Dr. S. Poonguzhali, Professor and Head, Department of Physics, Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science. Guests of honour, Mrs. K.P. Greeshma, Assistant Professor of Chemistry, and Dr. M. Helan Soundra Rani, Assistant Professor of Biotechnology, evaluated the projects.

Students from Grades I to XII showcased a wide range of innovative models including a dancing robot, acid rain demonstration, blood group identification, hydraulic tracks, cell model, moisture test, and more. The exhibition served as a platform for students to display their scientific knowledge, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The event was a truly great experience, inspiring young minds to explore science with confidence and curiosity.
